amazing experience!

polite staff diverse breakfast beautiful view

the staff was very polite. breakfast was diverse daily. the rooftop view allowed me to see most of the city. i recommend it highly.

i found the elevator to be quite slow. it sometimes caused a delay when i was trying to get to the restaurant or my room.

the reception staff promptly addressed all my inquiries with patience. housekeeping provided excellent daily service. staff members were generally very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. i felt very cared for.

prime location rooftop breakfast friendly staff

the hotel boasts a prime location near the metro and city center. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop breakfastwith a beautiful view each morning. the staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.

the room was a little small, but it was manageable.

my standard room included daily towel service (which was nice!) and comfortable bedding. there was a tv with cable channels plus climate control managed by me to ensure a comfortable temperature . the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

the rooftop restaurant provided an really good breakfast with diverse options. i tried fresh fruit, pastries and local cheeses, and i particularly loved the fresh orange juice. the views during breakfast added to the positive experience.

nice variety convenient location tram stop small room sewage smell cramped shower

i found the breakfast to be quite good. it offered a nice variety, including options that gave me a taste of the local culture. the hotel's location was really convenient. i could easily walk to major attractions and the tram stop was close by.

my room was a bit small and lacked sufficient space. it was hard to keep my luggage and other belongings organized. i noticed there was no dustbin in the room and the bathroom had a slight sewage smell, not great. the shower area felt quite cramped too.
